Discounts

Who qualifies for a group rate?

Group rates are available when purchasing a minimum of 15 or more tickets. Discounted group tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available at the park’s main gate.

Can Season Pass holders join my group?
Season pass holders are more than welcome to join your group, however, you must purchase at least 15 single day admission tickets in order to be eligible for the group rate.
Do chaperones need a ticket?

We love chaperones! You receive one free ticket for every 15 tickets purchased in advance.

If you are bringing more chaperones than those covered in the 1:15 ratio, make sure to include them in your head count when placing your group order. When purchasing online, your free tickets are automatically added to the cart.

Can I buy more tickets for my group during our visit?

A one-time additional purchase of up to 25 tickets may be made at Will Call on the date of your visit. The ticket price will be the same as your original order. Simply present your receipt and payment in full for the total additional ticket purchase. Multiple payments will not be accepted. Tickets purchased at Will Call are not eligible for additional complimentary tickets.

Do you offer special meal discounts for groups?

Your group can take advantage of our Mega Meal Deal featuring a meal, snack, and a drink bottle with unlimited refills on your original visit date. Mega Meal Deals can be redeemed at variety of locations throughout the park with menu options to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Learn more about Mega Meal Deal pricing when purchasing tickets online or by filling out the information request form on your park’s Groups page.

If your group has 100 or more guests, special catered picnic options may be available. Please fill out the information request form on your park’s Groups page to have a Six Flags representative reach out with more information about those packages.

Parking

Is there parking for my group?

Bus and vehicle parking passes are available for purchase online or through our Sales Specialists. Make sure you are placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit date so that your tickets and passes may be mailed to you in time for your event.

Note: If you are arriving via bus (25+ passenger vehicle), and that bus is staying on property throughout your visit, your driver is eligible for a complimentary admission pass by presenting their CDL at Will Call, located near the park’s main gate. One complimentary ticket per bus.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds or rainchecks?

Six Flags does not offer rainchecks. Should a weather forecast cause you to move your visit to another day, your tickets will still be valid, providing it is a regular operating day in the same calendar year.

Tickets are non-refundable so please plan accordingly when placing your order.

I am unable to go on our original Date of Visit, can I use the tickets on another day?

If you are unable to visit on your scheduled date, please reach out and let us know for further assistance

Birthdays

Do you have Birthday Parties packages?
For more information on special birthday party packages please visit the birthday link under tickets and passes on our website. If a specific birthday package is not referenced, our general group rates are a great option for your celebration.  If you are visiting one of our water parks and would like information on cabana options, please visit the park website for further information.

Tax Exemption

Tax Exemption Info:
Groups claiming tax exemption must provide proof of status prior to tickets being issued. A ticket order will not be filled until tax exemption form is received.  Please note that tax exemption allowances vary by state and ticket purchases may not be considered tax exempt.  Details are listed on the group order form.

How can my company plan a gathering with catering?

To plan a company outing please visit your park’s website and fill out the request for information form on the Groups page.

Do I need to buy a ticket for our bus drivers?

Your driver is eligible for a complimentary admission pass by presenting their CDL at Will Call, located near the park’s main gate. One complimentary ticket per bus.

Can I purchase at the park?

You can purchase additional tickets for the same rate as your initial purchase at the park. If you do not buy in advance, we do also have a walk up rate at the park for purchases day of! For best rates, we reccomend you buy in advance online

Can I buy 100+ tickets online with my tax exempt status?

To purchase more than 100 tickets, please click the request information button on our groups page to help plan your event, including honoring your tax exemption status

Why do the prices keep changing? How do I guarantee a certain rate?

The best way to guarantee your rate is to buy now. Prices are subject to change without notice, and to lock in our current rate you can do so by buying now!

How can I add a cabana or flash pass to my tickets to visit the park?

I have a food allergy, how can I make sure I eat food I am not allergic to?

We offer ingredient lists at all of our food locations in the park, but the quickest way to get help is to ask a team member if you aren’t sure when placing your order!

Can I bring food into the park?

Outside food and beverage (with the exception of sealed bottled water) is not permitted into our park, unless you have a dietary restriction that requires food outside of the amazing options available in our food locations

What happens if I lose something while at the park?

Lose something at the park? You can report it at the park on the date of your visit or select lost and found under the help button on our website
