Park Services

We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Darien Lake, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous, and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.

TELEPHONES – ASSISTED LISTENING

For the convenience of Guests, that need assisted listening, Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD’s) are available at Guest Relations, and Security.

FIRST AID

A certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is on duty 24 hours a day at our medical office located near the exit to the Viper roller coaster and directly next to our Security Office. There is also a First Aid Station in Hook’s Lagoon located in the waterpark during waterpark hours only.

Guest Service is available throughout the park. Our team members are happy to answer any questions you may have. For more detailed information about the park or park services, you may inquire at our Guest Services office located at the main entrance to the Theme Park.

PAGING ANNOUNCEMENTS

Darien Lake does not have a paging system. Upon park entrance, we recommend arranging a time and place for your group to meet should you become separated. If a child wanders away from your party, please notify security so they can radio the description of the child to all park employees.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Some attractions will temporarily close as needed to keep our guests safe during inclement weather or conditions adverse to ride operation. Please be assured that Darien Lake Management makes every effort to keep rides open, and to reopen the rides as quickly and safely as possible after adverse weather conditions cease. In the event inclement weather conditions cause all of the following rides to close for a continuous 2 hours, a ticket will be issued for a return visit in the same operating season, if you are leaving for the day:

• Ride of Steel
• Boomerang
• Mind Eraser
• Viper
• Water Park

Please present your ticket stub or receipt of purchase to the Guest Relations office located at the main entrance to receive your ticket. Season Pass holders who may visit on any operating day are not eligible for a return ticket. Once rides reopen, return tickets will no longer be issued.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in the park with the exception of service animals.

SEASON PASSES AND HAND STAMP FOR RE-ENTRY

Season Passholders must present their pass to gain entrance to the park. Season Pass entry is only valid once a day. Guests who leave the park and plan to return must have their hand stamped upon exiting the park at the exit/re-entry gate. When Guests return to the park, they must enter through the re-entry gate with a proper hand stamp or re-admittance will not be permitted. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Darien Lake policies and is prohibited.

LOOSE ARTICLES

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or in secured lockers. Darien Lake and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

RESTRICTED AREAS

Guests are not permitted to enter any restricted area to include ride or backstage areas. Personal items that are lost in ride areas should be reported to the ride operator and Lost and Found near the Main Gate. Darien Lake will make every effort to retrieve lost articles after normal operating hours. Guests entering restricted areas may be ejected from the park without refund.

No food, candy, or chewing gum is allowed on rides.

Bicycles, Skateboards, Skate-shoes, or skates of any kind are not permitted on the Midway or in the picnic areas.

LOCKER RENTALS

Locker rentals are available for $10 for a regular locker, $15 for a large locker and $20 for a jumbo locker. Lockers can be found by Hook’s Lagoon, Big Kahuna, Haymaker, and at the Main Gate.  Locker prices at Hook’s Lagoon and Big Kahuna increase by $5 each size on Saturdays and Sundays.

WHEELCHAIRS, WAGONS AND ECVS

Wheelchairs are available to rent for $15 for a single day and $14 for each additional day (must be consecutive). A license will be taken as deposit. Wheelchairs can be rented at the Main Gate or at the General Store.
Wagons are available to rent for $20 for a single day and $12 for each additional day (must be consecutive). A picture ID of the renter will be taken as deposit.  Wagons can be rented at the Main Gate or at the General Store. ECVs are available to rent for $45 for a single day. A license is taken as deposit. ECVs can be rented at the Main Gate, General Store or the Lodge at the Lake. Must be returned at the end of each day for proper charging. 

We are sorry but we cannot take reservations for any of the above items and they are available on a first come first serve basis. Wheelchairs, Wagons and ECVs rented from Darien Lake are not permitted outside of the gate for any reason.
