Did you lose an item at the park?
If one of our team members or another guest found it they may have dropped it off with our guest services team. Fill out the form on our Contact us page so we can have a better description of your item and start our searches. If your item is found, one of our team member will contact you so you can get it back, at the par during our operating hours.
Daily use items
Please note that every day use objets such as: caps, umbrellas, keys, lighters, etc will be kept for a 10 day period within our offices. Once that period ends, we will consider those objects to have been abandonned by owner and they will be discarded.
High value items
Please note that high value items, such as: glasses, car keys, ID cards, phones, etc will be kept for a period of 60 days within our offices. Once that period ends, we will consider these items to have been abandonned by their original owner and they will be discarded.
